ACTIONABLE FRAUD AND USURPATION BY GREED AND AVARICE

NOTE:This was a letter I submitted to The Sierra Club, NORML and other entities supporting the legalization of Hemp. To this date, I have heard nothing back from them.

                 

 A viable plan to derail past and current hemp/marijuana laws and legislation by suing the perpetrating families that still profit from the lies, deceit and fraudulent conspiratorial nature of those laws and legislations.

It is far past time to reconcile some legal atrocities of the past 100 years or so beginning with the “fraudulent” and greed driven agenda of certain individuals whose families are still benefitting to this day by said fraud which creates the circumstance of ongoing criminal offense by said perps .  As you know, thanks to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), there is no statute of limitations on fraud and once fraud is detected, an individual or group of individuals can take legal action within six years of that discovery. Furthermore, any law or action attained via fraud is considered null and void on its face as soon as the fraud is proven!

What I refer to here is the illegalization of hemp aka marijuana. If what I understand is correct this plant, which is grown in nature and in my opinion should never have been under government jurisdiction and scrutiny, was illegalized under conspiratorial and fraudulent means with greed driven motivations  using propaganda and mass media hysterics to coerce and unwitting Congress (with the exceptions of some in collusion) and public action all based on said fraud and lies. The following is the information I base my claims upon and if they do not hold up to scrutiny, I would ask that you point out where I am in error. William Randolph Hearst (Citizen Kane) and the Hearst Paper Manufacturing
Division of Kimberly Clark owned vast acreage of timberlands. The Hearst Company
supplied most paper products. Patty Hearst's grandfather, a destroyer of nature
for his own personal profit, stood to lose billions because of hemp.

In 1937, DuPont patented the processes to make plastics from oil and coal.
DuPont's Annual Report urged stockholders to invest in its new petrochemical
division. Synthetics such as plastics, cellophane, celluloid, methanol, nylon,
rayon, Dacron, etc., could now be made from oil.Natural hemp industrialization
would have ruined over 80% of DuPont's business.

Andrew Mellon became Hoover's Secretary of the Treasury and DuPont's primary
investor. He appointed his future nephew-in-law, Harry J.Anslinger, to head the
Federal Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs.

Secret meetings were held by these financial tycoons. Hemp was declared
dangerous and a threat to their billion dollar enterprises. For their dynasties
to remain intact, hemp had to go. These men took an obscure Mexican slang word:
`marijuana' and pushed it into the consciousness of America.

MEDIA MANIPULATION

A media blitz of `yellow journalism' raged in the late 1920s and 1930s. Hearst's
newspapers ran stories emphasizing the horrors of marijuana. The menace of
marijuana made headlines. Readers learned that it was responsible for everything
from car accidents to loose morality.

Films like Reefer Madness (1936), Marijuana: Assassin of Youth (1935) and
Marijuana: The Devil's Weed (1936) were propaganda designed by these
industrialists to create an enemy. Their purpose was to gain public support so
that anti-marijuana laws could be passed.

Examine the following quotes from The Burning Question, aka Reefer Madness:

* a violent narcotic;

* acts of shocking violence;

* incurable insanity;

* soul-destroying effects;

* under the influence of the drug he killed his entire family with an ax;

* more vicious, more deadly even than these soul-destroying drugs (heroin,
cocaine) is the menace of marijuana!

Reefer Madness did not end with the usual `the end.' The film concluded with
these words plastered on the screen: `Tell your children.'

In the 1930s, people were very naive, even to the point of ignorance. The masses
were like sheep waiting to be led by the few in power. They did not challenge
authority. If the news was in print or on the radio, they believed it had to be
true. They told their children, and their children grew up to be the parents of
the babyboomers.

On April 14, 1937, the prohibitive Marijuana Tax Law, or the bill that outlawed
hemp, was directly brought to the House Ways and Means Committee. This committee
is the only one that can introduce a bill to the House floor without it being
debated by other committees. The Chairman of the U.S. Senate, Ways and Means
Committee, at the time, Robert Doughton, was a DuPont supporter. He insured that
the bill would pass Congress.

Dr. James Woodward, a physician and attorney, testified too late on behalf of
the American Medical Association. He told the committee that the reason the AMA
had not denounced the Marijuana Tax Law sooner was that the Association had just
discovered that marijuana was hemp.

Few people, at the time, realized that the deadly menace they had been reading
about on Hearst's front pages was in fact passive hemp. The AMA understood
cannabis to be a medicine found in numerous healing products sold over the last
hundred years.

In September of 1937, hemp became illegal. The most useful crop known became a
drug and our planet has been suffering ever since.

Congress banned hemp because it was said to be the most violence-causing drug
known. Harry Anslinger, head of the Drug Commission for 31 years, promoted the
idea that marijuana made users act extremely violent. In the 1950s, under the
Communist threat of McCarthyism, Anslinger then said the exact opposite:
marijuana will pacify you so much that soldiers would not want to fight.

Today, our planet is in desperate trouble. Earth is suffocating as large tracts
of rain forests disappear. Pollution, poisons and chemicals are killing people.
These great problems could be reversed if we industrialized hemp. Natural
biomass could provide all of the planet's energy needs that are currently
supplied by fossil fuels. We have consumed 80% of our oil and gas reserves. We
need a renewable resource. Hemp could be the solution to soaring gas prices.]

 If the above facts are true than the families in question are guilty of fraud and deception of the highest magnitude as well as crimes promulgated and ongoing against the Earth and humanity which has caused much undo grief and suffering to the populace of not only this country but those it influences.

 My proposal is a full out frontal legal assault upon the perps as this is a continuing, ongoing offense which has tolled infinite pain and suffering of the many at the financial (in the billions) benefit of the few.

It is my legal assertion that the perps have benefitted through crimes of malicious conspiratorial fraud which has deprived the many of the vast benefit of the hemp plant in direct conflict with nature based on fabrications, outright lies, propaganda conspiracy and fraud with the only remedy being default judgement in the hundreds of billions of dollars illegally gleaned by said perps as a direct result of that fraud.

What will be required are: Subpoena’s of all government documentation regarding the illegalization of hemp. Subpoenas of all archived materials and sources of the propaganda campaigns of the day. This should be done in such a way as to make the government look like a victim in said fraud while keeping the door open to the immediate nullification of all marijuana laws.

If you people are serious about the environment we live in and grow our food in then it is inexcusable to ignore this letter. If I had the monetary means to pursue legal action, I would do so without hesitation. It is my hope that those of you interested in the end of the war on hemp will pool your resources and take on the Hearst and DuPont dynasties in an all out legal battle which could forever change the laws on hemp and remunerate all whom have suffered from their enactment.

The Rothschild’s and the American Economy

     In 1776 we in America won the Revolutionary war. That was when the American people evicted King George from this country and created a sovereign country made of the small nation states referred to as the 13 colonies. Each was separate and unique in its monetary system and its laws. There were no “statutes” or what they call today “state statutes” but instead we were under a Common Law system which was far better for freedom sake than the more Draconian statutory legal system we share today. Further, at that time each state had its own economic system, but that did not last long and, in this authors opinion, neither did our sovereignty, because immediately after Independence was established the Bankers sought to commandeer this country’s monetary system, and at that time, as in the present, one family endeavored to or more precisely, conspired to commandeer the economy for its own nefarious purposes through a Central Banking system. The infamous family? The Rothschild’s of Europe.

The use of Central Banks in this land have been controversial from day one. Though a Central Bank could be created that would work for the people, unfortunately in most, or so far all cases, they are instituted by private interests intent on siphoning off of the system. Of course, you will never hear anything adverse about the shananigans of these entities because those that have done so have today hijacked not only the economy but every mainstream media outlet and in fact, the very government which we are under including its education system where we learn our history and all else from the time we are children . This is why I refer to the public school system as the “public indoctrination clinics” to coin a phrase from Eric "WhoRU" Williams. This is why Central Banks had been so violently opposed in the past, this is why Presidents get assassinated and wars are endless, the Central bank.



In 1787 a man called Gouverneur Morris, one of the authors of the U.S. Constitution, portentously warned the people that they must not allow the bankers to enslave us, he stated:



"The rich will strive to establish their dominion and enslave the rest. They always did. They always will... They will have the same effect here as elsewhere, if we do not, by (the power of) government, keep them in their proper spheres."

Nathaniel de Rothschild, one of the five banking sons of Amschel, had a shrewd mind. The Rothschilds had the equivalent of their own CIA in their intelligence network with agents and couriers scattered about everywhere across Europe, during the Battle of Waterloo, upon which the power struggle of the entire European continent depended. There were vast fortunes to be made on the outcome of this war as with all other wars in history. The Battle of Waterloo was destined to be resolved and one such courier witnessed the demise of Napoleon’s army and fastidiously delivered that news to Nathan. Upon hearing the news that England would be the ultimate power of the continent, Nathan went to the Stock market and began dumping consuls, English consuls, which triggered a selloff of the British market lowering their value to 5% of what they had been worth. When the day was nearly done and the market in ruins, news had come of the true outcome of the battle but Nathan and his entourage, had bought up all the consuls at a fraction of their value. The English market skyrocketed and the Rothschild Dynasty had just bought a nation and made more than twenty times his investment. This would be a recurring pattern with the Rothschild’s from that date until today. This is something you should never forget.

    This is one subject you will never hear being discussed nor questioned in today’s school system, that is the subject of the Rothschild’s and their influence on the planet.

    In 1743 Mayer Amschel Bauer was born in Frankfurt Germany son of Moses Amschel Bauer, a money lender and the proprietor of a counting house. Bauer installed a red shield above the door on his lending house and took on the name Rothschild which means "red shield" but it has other more evil connotations about it as descried in the timeline at the above link provided. The man now known as Mayer Amschel Rothschild went on to have five sons who, to be brief, opened up five banks in five different countries in Europe, and proceeded to commandeer the monetary system of the newly formed United States through Rothschild banks. I don’t remember ever hearing the name Rothschild at all, let alone in reference to the Central banks in the schools I attended but their presence was sure and unmistakable. How fortunate for all involved that history ignored the subject.





     In 1791 George Washington allowed the creation of the first Central Bank in this country called the First Bank of the United States. It is not certain whether Washington himself had ties to the Rothschild’s, one can only speculate upon this, but I would personally venture to guess so. The new bank was given a 20 year charter. In the first five years of the First Bank of the United States, the U.S. government borrowed 8.2 million dollars and prices rose by 72 percent, the United States was experiencing its first inflation due to the fact that the United States was borrowing from it. It should be noted that The Rothschild Banking cartel makes its massive profits from lending to countries and has broken quite a few of them to this date throughout the entire United States history. Thomas Jefferson was quoted as saying the following in regards to this borrowing of money by the government:



"I wish it were possible to obtain a single amendment to our Constitution - taking from the federal government their power of borrowing."


     Unfortunately it is just that borrowing that has put our economy trillions of dollars in debt today and allows for massive theft and fraud via that Central Banking monetary conduit to Europe and of course, ultimately to the Rothschilds. Today, this nation is being held captive for failing to adhere to Jefferson’s wisdom by the International Banking Elite headed by the Rothschild’s.

     Going back, in 1811 the charter for the First bank of the United States was renewed. Soon afterwards, the British attacked us and burned Washington to the ground. In February of 1815 the war ended and in 1816 the Second Central Bank of the United States was created and was given a 20 year charter as well. It was soon thereafter that President Andrew Jackson began a relentless assault on the Central Bank.





    As a child in school I remember hearing about how bad President Andrew Jackson was. I had it imbedded into my young mind that Jackson was one of the worst Presidents ever and where I agree that like all the other presidents to various degrees as is the case with all people, he had his good points and his bad, I would say history was harsh on him due to who the authors of that history are and where they are financed from? Nonetheless, Jackson was bent on the demise of the Central bank. In fact it was his destruction of the Central Bank which brought Richard Lawrence to attempt an assassination on Jackson when he pulled out a gun and tried to shoot Jackson. Unfortunately for Lawrence the gun misfired. Lawrence then pulled another gun on Jackson and that too misfired and Lawrence was apprehended. Prior to his death, Jackson was asked in his memoirs what his greatest accomplishment was as president he stated:



"I Killed The Bank."



According to some sources it had been stated that Lawrence was hired by International interests to assassinate Jackson and those interests were identified as the Rothschilds.



Mayer Amschel Rothschild stated in 1790



"Let me issue and control a nation's money and I care not who writes the laws."







Of course! Putting that all in perspective think about the ramifications? A “privately run” banking consortium so rich and powerful that it loans to countries and of course forecloses on them when they don’t pay. Keeping that in mind, in 1791 the Rothschild’s attained the  "control of this nation's money," through Alexander Hamilton (their agent in George Washington’s cabinet) when they set up a central bank in the USA called the First Bank of the United States. This is established with a 20 year charter and is the system Andrew Jackson ejected after earlier stating







“You are a den of vipers and thieves. I intend to rout you out, and by the grace of the Eternal God, will rout you out.”







Going forward in history brings us to the next President to use his power to stifle the Central Bank. Though Lincoln was not my favorite President and I fear this source sheds him in a better light than he deserves the fact that he was assassinated by a so called “lone gunman” should pique all of your interests and curiosities and cause you to ask questions rather than believing the government line as where the Rothschild’s influences are concerned they are clearly more powerful than governments, including that of the United States.  One must open mindedly ask the question, from where do these lone gunmen get their ambitions? Abraham Lincoln



Lincoln's Birthday gives us an appropriate opportunity to examine some deep American traditions which may also give us some unusual insights into the "principalities and powers" of Ephesians Chapter 6.



Abraham Lincoln worked valiantly to prevent the Rothschild's attempts to involve themselves in financing the Civil War.

The Rothschild interests did succeed, through their agent Treasury Secretary Salmon P. Chase, to force a bill (the National Banking Act) through Congress creating a federally chartered central bank that had the power to issue U.S. Bank Notes. Afterward, Lincoln warned the American people:



"The money power preys upon the nation in time of peace and conspires against it in times of adversity. It is more despotic than monarchy, more insolent than autocracy, more selfish than bureaucracy. I see in the near future a crisis approaching that unnerves me, and causes me to tremble for the safety of our country. Corporations have been enthroned, an era of corruption will follow, and the money power of the country will endeavor to prolong its reign by working upon the prejudices of the people, until the wealth is aggregated in a few hands, and the republic is destroyed. "



Lincoln continued to fight against the central bank, and some now believe that it was his anticipated success in influencing Congress to limit the life of the Bank of the United States to just the war years that was the motivating factor behind his assassination.-End







   Lastly, the latest chapter in the history of the Central Bank was the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank which was a conspiracy to commandeer the wealth of the United States once and for all via the Federal Reserve Act. I say conspiracy because it was planned out in secret on Jeckyll Island by the likes of JP Morgan, (who was an agent of Rothschild’s), Nelson Aldrich, Paul Warburg, Frank A. Vanderlip, A.P. Andrews (Assistant Secretary of the U.S.Treasury Department),  Henry P. Davidson and several others powerful elitists that had key components of Congress in their pockets as well as the media outlets under their control with which to sell their propaganda to the general public. The Federal Reserve was not a Federal Agency, it is 100% privately run, but how clever it was for the perps to enshroud  the word Federal in its title to fool the people. That makes the conspiracy all that much more diabolical! For those of you that think that conspiracies cannot be hidden, this one has been hidden in plain sight for almost a century!

    Now for the last known President to endeavor to thwart the Central Bank, President John Fitzgerald Kennedy.  In the 1960s President John F. Kennedy issued Executive Order 11110 which sought to weaken the Federal Reserve when Kennedy began to issue gold and silver backed notes called “U.S. Government Notes” rather than the Federal Reserve notes which are backed by nothing! We all know what happened to JFK as he too, a foe of the Central Bank, was assassinated by again, a lone gunman. Today, the loudest voice against the Federal Reserve is that of Texas Congressman Ron Paul and hid Congressional bid and Bill to Audit and even end the reign of the Federal Reserve. I cannot help but ponder whether this the fate that awaits Ron Paul if he becomes successful in his efforts?  History would assume that to be the case

.                     

      Now think about all the ramifications of this in regard to the United States for a moment. The monetary system of the most powerful country in the world has been hijacked, in total contradiction to our Constitution and for 95 years has been funneling all of its eenormous wealth through the pockets of the international bankers, et. al., the Rothschilds via the Federal Reserve Bank! Most knew nothing of this conspiracy until recently when Ron Paul began his End the Fed assault upon it.

The wealth of the Rothschild dynasty has been estimated between one and a hundred TRILLION dollars, but through common law trusts and other vehicles, they have been highly successful at hiding their true wealth as is true of their minions in this countrynsuch as the Bush’s and all of their Democratic and Republican cronies who use the same methodology. Furthermore, all wars and other manipulations of our monetary system are the result of manipulations of the Rothschild consortium. In fact, it is said that Iraq, Iran, Libya and the other targeted countries in our gun sights are, or were in the case of Iraq, without Rothschild banks which is cause célèbre for our unjustified wars.

It is time that we take our monetary system back as well as our country and once and for all shut down the Rothschild Central banks in order to return this country to our national sovereignty and Common Law.

Torture: Dick Cheney's New Book of Fantasy

  It displeases me greatly to even speak of Uncle Dicks newest collage of lies, omissions and distortions which I will forgo mention of title at all for fear it may lead to the sales of even one copy of his propaganda, but I could not help but comment upon it after hearing his continued reliance and praise for the "Cheney" Administrations enhanced interrogation program. To this day Cheney delights in that program and continues to spew how successful it was. Here's is his lastest quote right out of the book:

"The notion that somehow the United States was torturing anybody is not true," Cheney told an audience at the American Enterprise Institute at an event to promote his new book. "Three people were waterboarded and the one who was subjected most often to that was Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and it produced phenomenal results for us." "Another key point that needs to be made was that the techniques that we used were all previously used on Americans," Cheney went on. "All of them were used in training for a lot of our own specialists in the military. So there wasn't any technique that we used on any al Qaeda individual that hadn't been used on our own troops first, just to give you some idea whether or not we were ‘torturing' the people we captured."

Well Dick, I vehemently disagree with you that for one, the use of  waterboarding gleaned any information that had not already been realised without your heinous techniques, and two, that the techniques used did not constitute torture! In fact, I would love to have the opportunity to prove that to you, with your permission of couse, if you would allow me to strap you down to a table and perform a waterboarding upon you because I am very suspicious Dick, of your role in the September 11, 2001 attacks upon the United States and firmly believe that you were partially responsible and involved in said attacks! In fact Dick, I first became suspicious due to the think tank known as the Project for a New American Century (PNAC) which you and other highly notable Neocons were founding members of and all f which held starring roles in your administration after the coup you pulled on BushCo to win the White House.  Yeah Dick, You remember e PNAC dont't you? That was the group of Zionist neocons you gathered together in 1997 to figure out a means to not only steal the election,but also to expand our military presence about the world and to boost military spending by a quantum leak as well for whatever nefarious purpose imaginable! Clearly, your gains by these objectives have been astronomical, unquestionable and financially gratifying for you personaly. I still can't forget the line I read in your 2000 Rebuilding Americas Defenses dossier which states:

"Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor."

Gee Dick what a prophet you are foreseeing that catastrophic and catalyzing event!  Furthermore Dick, I have dozens of questions I would love to put forth on your "secret" Cheney Energy Commission and in regards to 9-11 I would like to ask the following questions, and if you don't mind, I would like to strapyou to the table and pour water down your face if I may to ascertain the truth seeing as you don't see any problem with it all. Here ar just a couple of the questions I would ask you:

1.)  Isn't it so that you and Rumsfeld altered Flight intercept protocols prior to the September 11, 2001 artacks on the WTC and Pentagon in July 2001?

2.) Isn't it a fact that on May 8, 2001 President George W. Bush made you the head of a new office called the Office of National Preparedness which gave you full control of all Federal Agencies including FEMA?

3.) Isn't it also a fact that you assumed all power in the September 11, 2001 attacks when Junior was at the Emma Booker Elementary School reading, (or pretendiing to read), the Goat Story to the children in that highly publicized event? The fact that you knew well in advance of that event and were a huge supporter of it makes me more suspicious than ever of your role in the attacks.

4.)  Were you or were you not the most visited Vice President in history to the Pentagon in even prior to September 11, 2001  by a quantum leap, and why was that?

5.) What was discussed in the Cheney Energy Commission that was so secret it had to be classified?

6.) What was the information redacted in the first report on the September 11, 2001 attacks?

7.) What was in the "unsworn"  9-11 Commission testimony you gave with Junior by your side that was so private that the American people had no right to hear it?

8.) Why did you stall for 17 months after the 9-11 debacle  to perform any investigation into the deadliest attack upon this country when all the evidence was carted away and it was cleaned up?

9.) What was your private financial gain from the September 11, attacks on our nation through Halliburton and any other conduits?

10.)  Why did you gag Sibel Edmonds?

These are just a few of the more than 50 questons I 'd love to waterboard you on. Since you have no problems with waterboarding or other enhanced interrogation methodology I'd like to try a couple others on you including tying you to a microwave oven and turning it on for 30 minutes.

Please respond to this blog in kind and let me know when we can get started as I'd like to get to the bottom of these nagging questions as soon as possible.

September 11, 2001 Who's is the Biggest Conspiracy Theory?

    Before I begin to discuss the 10^th anniversary of September 11, 2001  I’d like to call your attention to what it is that makes you an intelligent and thinking human being, above all other life on Earth, which is your capacity to reason .  Your intellect is the product of the information put before you and assimilated by you.  How you make your decisions in life is all based upon the sensory input you have to draw from and how you utilize that information?  For example,  what  if there were two identical people exactly the same in every way and one was brought up in some third world country with little education while the other was here in the U.S.  in the finest schools available? Clearly, there would be a tremendous difference in the thought processes of the lesser educated than that of the more privileged individual, despite government programming techniques. Their abilities to reason things out rationally in various situations would most probably result in different outcomes. That said what if you were taught misinformation and lies your entire life from people you trusted to be honest? The information you had to draw from would all be based upon that misinformation, omissions, distortions and lies. That too would affect your ability to reason.  I personally would be quite insulted and disgusted if I found that to be true because I would consider that a sort of attack on  my character and intellect .   Unfortunately, it seems to be true via the indoctrination process  provided  by the government  through its own  brainwash factory, the public school system, in tandem with the lapdog mainstream media. So, what if you found what I say to be true?  What would you do to reverse or compensate for the damage, anything? Would you continue on trusting the person or entity knowing you’d been hoodwinked by them before, or call them on it and take steps to correct it? I know I would!  That said let me continue, but first let me say that all those who perished as a result of the activities of that day deserve the truth to be told no matter what the repercussions are. That clearly has not happened as there has really never been a true investigation into those events and the truth is mired in secrecy and collusion which desecrates their deaths and demeans their lives because those in positions of power might be exposed in some shady dealings and they fear retribution if the full truth be told. In my fact based opinion, I am certain that is the case.  

   While watching the dedication of the new memorial to Flight 93 I could not help but reflect on the fact that the memorial is resting at a very questionable site. Why I say that is because it is a proven fact that debris and body parts from Flight 93 was strewn for over seven miles, some of which ended up in 3 miles away in  Indian Lake and it most certainly did not roll there! So I then must ask myself, just how could debris from the plane be scattered seven miles if it crashed into the ground? Indeed, the photos of the doomed flight show nothing resembling a commercial jet even upon close scrutiny, yet proponents of the mainstream theory say that was the crash site.  Well, even if it is where most of the debris was accumulated does that mean the flights ill fate occurred there or simply ended up there? Did it crash or did it explode? I don’t know about you, but when evidence dictates otherwise, I have to perform my own research to ascertain the truth based upon verified information. In my opinion the entire story of what occurred on that fateful date in history, which escalated our current police state, is shrouded in secrecy, lies, inaccuracies, omissions, distortions and gaggings of those with a different take on the events of the day than the government and their lapdog media continue to tout as truth. I don’t know about you, but  I was taught that if something is even 1% false, it is not true and I would aver that the scattered remains of Flight 93 would put that part of the saga far more than the 1%  margin. About Flight 93 I can honestly say that the entire truth has not been told. Why are they hiding information and covering up the facts? They avoided a bin Laden trial at all costs , and though I don't believe myself that bin Laden was still alive at his recent alleged assasination (my belief is that he died in 2002), the Taliban offered to hand him over if he were granted a trial.

Here is an excerpt from Noam Chomski in his article  I read this morning  9/11 - was there an alternative?

"There has never been any reason to doubt what the FBI believed in mid-2002, but that leaves us far from the proof of guilt required in civilised societies - and whatever the evidence might be, it does not warrant murdering a suspect who could, it seems, have been easily apprehended and brought to trial. Much the same is true of evidence provided since. Thus, the 9/11 Commission provided extensive circumstantial evidence of bin Laden’s role in 9/11, based primarily on what it had been told about confessions by prisoners in Guantanamo. It is doubtful that much of that would hold up in an independent court, considering the ways confessions were elicited. But in any event, the conclusions of a congressionally authorised investigation, however convincing one finds them, plainly fall short of a sentence by a credible court, which is what shifts the category of the accused from suspect to convicted." 

Though I disagree with his opening statement about doubting the FBI the rest of the paragraph is sound.  Obviously if trial had been in the interests of BushCo, and other entities he would have had one and we would have gleaned much clearer information on the events of  September 11,2001 than we currently have. Perhaps that is exactly why there never was, or was going to be a trial, in fact I am certain of that based on the disinformation alone.    

    Going forward it is a fact that many of the people that received settlements from the government for their losses  from the events signed agreements  with the government never to speak of what had occurred that fateful  day. Furthermore,  Sibel  Edmonds, an FBI linguist and translator who was hired by the government to translate recorded conversations as well as documented information after the incidents had an entirely different take on what had occurred that day, and when she reported government collusion, was promptly gagged by the Bush Administration under threat of imprisonment.  What enrages me about Ms.  Edmonds story is you could not see evidence of her plight anywhere in the mainstream media. It was a total blackout as was the Cheney Energy Commission report, the first 9-11 report, the sworn testimonies of Sibel Edmonds, which never saw print, as well as many other testimonies including the unsworn testimonies of President George W. Bush and his sidekick Vice President Richard “Dick” Cheney! Maybe this flies okay with all of you but I simply cannot for one, trust anyone that is not telling me the truth, namely the U.S. Government, and secondly support their story which is undoubtedly based on erroneous claims. How can anyone do so? I just can’t imagine? Getting back to Sibel Edmonds, she later violated the gag order and you can find a plethora of information on her website Boiled Frogs which is sure to open your eyes to the idea that you are being snookered again by the government in concert with the mainstream media.

   When last evening came upon me it brought the latest propaganda in the Flight 93 Memorial set to propagate the government’s myth, or should I say theories because that is just what they are! A story that is based on suppositions rather than facts is nothing more than a theoretical story. That would make the governments story no better than versions from opponents of the official line. That would also make the governments story the biggest conspiracy theory out there! Interestingly, several of the 9-11 Commissions top members have publicly denounced the report and pointed out that there were lies and inaccuracies, and that the entire report is called into question as it is based on third party interviews and torture for its information. It is a foregone conclusion and even fact that confessions and evidence which is based on torture is nothing short of worthless!  Here is what members of the 9-11 Commision had to say about their report:

9/11 Commission co-chair Lee Hamilton says “I don’t believe for a minute we got everything right”, that the Commission was set up to fail, that people should keep asking questions about 9/11, that the 9/11 debate should continue, and that the 9/11 Commission report was only “the first draft” of history.

9/11 Commissioner Bob Kerrey said that “There are ample reasons to suspect that there may be some alternative to what we outlined in our version . . . We didn’t have access . . . .”

9/11 Commissioner Timothy Roemer said “We were extremely frustrated with the false statements we were getting”

Former 9/11 Commissioner Max Cleland resigned from the Commission, stating: “It is a national scandal”; “This investigation is now compromised”; and “One of these days we will have to get the full story because the 9-11 issue is so important to America. But this White House wants to cover it up”.

9/11 Commissioner John Lehman said that “We purposely put together a staff that had - in a way - conflicts of interest“.

The Senior Counsel to the 9/11 Commission (John Farmer) who led the 9/11 staff’s inquiry, said “I was shocked at how different the truth was from the way it was described …. The tapes told a radically different story from what had been told to us and the public for two years…. This is not spin. This is not true.”

     So, we have a report based on lies, omissions, distortions, torture and third party information that we have been told to accept as facts, when in reality it is nothing short of a conspiracy theory itself on grand display with all the mainstream media trimmings and blessings based upon a Commission that was set up, to my utter disgust, 17 months after the events took place and on a shoestring budget at that! The 9-11 Commission was called the Kean Commission even though it was Phillip Zelikow, a close friend of Condoleeza Rice that had the final say as to what went into the report. The Commissioners themselves have stated that the report is inaccurate and that they were repeatedly lied to by the military and not shown all the available information. How do you put a puzzle together without all the pieces? Now, if this all does not convince you to call into question the government’s “official” version of the events of September 11, 2001 World Trade Center and Pentagon attacks as well as anything else they have to say, I don’t know what will?

The Tainted Tea Party

   Yesterday afternoon September 9, 2011 at about 3 pm Central time if I remember correctly, I was channel surfing when I came upon a CNN broadcast about the Tea Party. The Tea Party is the new populist political movement that began during the 2008 presidential campaign of Ron Paul which touts freedom and liberty including taxation and government intrusions into our personal lives. I had watched this movement sprouting up myself but what I heard on CNN, (as well as what I didn't hear because it was not reported on), proved my point altogether about the control over the mainstream media, and the correspondent’s reporting of what they tout as the actual news.



  The young correspondent’s erroneous claims when he described the Tea Party and how it had come into existence in 2009 (rather than 2007 via the Ron Paul Revolution) lacked all credibility of fact, integrity, and truthfulness. Furthermore, when he went on to state that it was going to be interesting which “top tier” candidate was going to outperform who, Rick Perry or Mitt Romney, without reference or mention of the true icon of the movement, Congressman Ron Paul or what his impact would be at the debates  I sat in anger, bewilderment and disgust of the erroneous information that I, and everyone else was being fed by this either misinformed or flat lying correspondent and was miffed because I had failed to catch his name. Sadly and again our mainstream media fail on every honest front to bring us truthful and accurate information while also marginalizing and outright ignoring the most popular and charismatic candidate in the coming Tea Party debate, Ron Paul.  I cannot help but ask, who, or which media controller or entity has the word out on Ron Paul? Who has so much power in the mainstream media that virtually all the networks have a blackout and blackball on Doctor Paul?

This question should not be ignored and should have every American deeply concerned whether you like Ron Paul or not because it blatantly demonstrates just how infiltrated our media as well as the Tea Party, have become.



   I myself am and have been aware for decades of media manipulation by the media owners but how is it that virtually every network has the word to ignore Ron Paul from his, unwitting perhaps, creation of the Tea Party to his very formidable candidacy? Why is he such a threat to the establishment that they choose to do so? Could it be that he is a threat to all of the pilfering and plundering of our economy which has us in the tens of trillions in debt?  How about the downsizing of our current police state government? Is too much freedom and liberty from all those ever expanding government regulations and useless programs a possibility? Perhaps it could be the monied interests of the Military Industrial Complex who will lose their massive windfall profits from their munitions sales and rebuilding contracts from our tax base that causes so much fear of a Ron Paul presidency.   



   For those of you that believe that there are no conspiracies, you simply must be in denial because next to the conspiracy by “private” bankers to create the Federal Reserve Bank in their covert 1910 Jekyll Island meeting, which has been funneling money out of this country into the hands of the Rothschild Banking cartel for almost a hundred years, the media conspiracy stands out on its own devastating merits. In fact the media manipulated thought on that agenda as well, and protected the monied interests long ago to allow its acceptance as they constantly indoctrinate public thinking by their barrage of falsities and lies on a daily basis without informing us that the Federal Reserve was screwing us all. In fact it took Ron Paul to do their job for them!  The conspirators even used the title “Federal” in the title to assuage any thoughts that the newly created Central Bank was a private entity rather than a government agency.  I cannot understate the repercussions which society is burdened with more than that of a society that is fed worthless and dishonest information with which to assimilate as fact! As for the outright lies told by CNN before my very eyes when I know otherwise, I cannot express my utter contempt more!



     Please consider that though you may not like Ron Paul for whatever reason, the mainstream media's disregard for truthfulness may, or probably already has, altered your own thought processes by feeding you lies and deceiving you. This alone should have you as irate and unhappy as I have become about what has become of journalism in this country!



    Getting back to the topic at hand and to substantiate and further back my claims on where, when and why the Tea Party came into existence I went to Wikipedia and read the following quote from that website:

   The statetment "Godfather of the movement" is highly indicative of Congressmans Paul’s role though substantively misses the mark as usual to give proper credit to the man. I would call Ron Paul the “father” of the movement instead!  Furthermore, all the aforementioned others that Wikipedia claims to be founders of the movement, including Sarah Palin, and Michelle Bachmann are not only latecomers to the movement, but outright infiltrators of the movement which have commandeered and altered it in a very negative way from its original direction, and also away from Congressman Ron Paul's ideals of personal liberty and freedom as well. Doctor Paul is the only candidate with the courage to address those issues that no other candidate will touch for fear of political attacks and retribution which makes him by far, a cut above the rest! The Boston Tea Party was a protest of taxation to an overseas government by those that desired freedom from the oppression of King George in Great Britain which set the stage for freedom and liberty in this new land. Those ideals are endeared by Ron Paul, the Thomas Paine of our day who himself was never given credit for his actions which led to the Declaration of Independence. I urge everyone to do the research and try to break free of the media lies and try to understand the freedom that Ron Paul and Thomas Paine spoke of, not that which the government and media are trying to sell you by lies, propaganda, and obfuscation.

Ron Paul the Media and You

      In 1977 Carl Bernstein wrote an article titled The CIA and the Media in Rolling Stone magazine in which Bernstein concludes that the media had been Shanghaied by the Central Intelligence Agency prior to 1953. In this expose, Bernstein states:

The history of the CIA’s involvement with the American press continues to be shrouded by an official policy of obfuscation and deception for the following principal reasons:

■ The use of journalists has been among the most productive means of intelligence‑gathering employed by the CIA. Although the Agency has cut back sharply on the use of reporters since 1973 primarily as a result of pressure from the media), some journalist‑operatives are still posted abroad.

■ Further investigation into the matter, CIA officials say, would inevitably reveal a series of embarrassing relationships in the 1950s and 1960s with some of the most powerful organizations and individuals in American journalism.

     Obfuscation indeed! Clearly whether you agree with Mr. Bernsteins assessment or not, I think it pretty clear that the entire mainstream media starting with the New York Times right on down the line is not working in the greatest interest of the general public as their watchdog, but rather for other monied and connected interests as a lapdog, which is obviously why blogs such as this one have come into existence to counter those mainstream obfuscations. That all said brings me to both the 2008 and current 2012  elections where I have witnessed the most alarming and blatant blackballing of a candidate in my entire life and in which comedian Jon Stewart was forced to ask, and rightly so  " How did libertarian Ron Paul become the 13th floor in a hotel?  I find it amazing that today we get more honest reporting from a comedian than the media. This shouldn't surprise anyone in fact I think it goes much deeper than the CIA controlling the media I believe it goes all the way to the true rulers of everything that is via wealth, including the creation and control of the Federal Reserve, the Rothschild Banking cartel. Whether you believe that or not one cannot deny that something is amiss when you observe the blatant marginalization and out right denial of a man that is clearly a top tier candidate by both his honsety and stances on what the role government is and how he rubs the entire media establishment, his own Republican Party and the Democrats as well, the wrong way. This in and of iteslf compels my interest in Congressman Paul as the best candidate out there for the simple reason that if he has those already questionable entities so scared by his candidacy, there must be a reason for it and that sets him apart from the traditional minion candidates the mainstream press is currently swooning over.

Looking back at Congressman Ron Paul who is also an Obstetrician that has delivered over 4000 babies into the world it is boasted, I find a person  that has been both consistent in his beliefs, no matter how in conflict with mainstream endorced and indoctrinated thought processes were, but also someone that sticks to his guns on the issues with courage, honesty and integrity.

My father being a die hard Democrat all his life who personally knew JFK, Harry Truman and Chicago's  Mayor Daley (the first)   would shudder if he thought I would actually consider voting for a Republican candidate for president. Personally, I don't look at it this way at all as Ron Paul is a Libertarian first that was smart enough to realise that our two mainstream parties  of the Democrats and the Republicans have themselves been confiscated into by the monied interests and that running as an Independant candidate would be fruitless without a billion dollar bank account to allow him access into the tightly controlled debate system as it now exists.

Those of you that go to blogs for your information because you know what I am saying has substance, should all take another look at Ron Paul every time he is put down, criticized or ostracized by the mainstream powers that be, and should research the facts yourselves rather than believe the portrayal of Congressman Paul by those who seem to fear his candidacy so much. Like all candidates, I don't agree with Congressman Paul on everything but I do know that he is clearly the man with my own best interests at heart and I believe should with resonate with any sensible and intelligent individuals who think that this government with all its out of control economy, spy agencies, secrets, CIA renditions and assasinations, war and destruction along with cronyism and corporatism to sway you from your usual partisan restraints.
